One Piece Anime Guide The One Piece anime series is an adaption of the widely popular and best-selling manga created by Eiichiro Oda. It first went on air on Fuji TV October 20th, 1999. Produced by Toei Animation, the series has been continuing strong. Already over 300 episodes into the series and it's one of Japan's favorite shows.
